As our customer service professional, Alaina is here to support our clients throughout our administrative processes, including navigating our secure online portal, scheduling with our team, and contracts or quotes for services. She also manages our social media marketing, and is updating our library of educational books and videos.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts with an emphasis in Journalism and Media Studies, and a background in the service industry and as a freelance writer, she has been the perfect person to not only excel at the front desk, but hit the ground running with keeping our books and video series updated.
In her free time Alaina likes to get outside and bike, run, wake surf, and ski. She also enjoys creative pursuits such as painting, playing the piano, and creative writing. Alaina has always found herself thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that maintains a strong sense of community, which means she fits right in here at Online Accounting. Her life philosophy includes showing up courageously in the face of adversity, and leading with kindness and intentionality.
